Produced by Gautham Menon, Reshma Ghatala, Venkat Somasundaram and directed by Gautham Menon the film  released under the banner of Photon Kathaas Production, R.S. Infotainment,& Fox Star Studios. It contains excellent composition of music for which credit goes to none other than the veteran Bolywood music directors A R Rahman. Besides, the lyrics are Javed Akhtar.
The movie includes various stars like Prateik Babbar as Sachin, Amy Jackson as Julie, Omi Vaidya and Ramesh Sippy (Guest appearance).
